What is the TalkHereNow Creator Program? The Creator Program lets you get paid to bring AI into people's rooms. You share your personal link, and you earn $5 for every person you refer who subscribes and sticks around. It's free to join and there's no cap on how many people you can refer. The creator portal lives at creators.talkherenow.com. How do I join or sign up as a creator? It's free to join with no password. You sign up with your email and we send you a sign-in link (it expires after a short time). At signup you choose a link name/code, select your country, confirm you're 18 or older, and agree to the Creator Terms. How does my referral link and code work? You get a personal referral link in the form talkherenow.com/?ref=YOURCODE, plus a downloadable QR code. You can also enter your code inside the app (menu → About Me → Creator code → Save) so anything you share from within the experience automatically carries your link. Each referred user is locked to the first creator code they use, so attribution is one-time per user. Wherever you share it, mark the post #ad. You're paid for referrals, so disclosure is required. Do I have to say my posts are ads? (Yes, use #ad) Yes. Because you earn a commission, any post that carries your referral link is paid advertising and has to be labelled. Add #ad where people will actually see it: near the top of the caption, before the link, not buried at the end or hidden behind a "more" cut. This applies on every platform and every format, including stories and short-form video. How much do I earn? You earn $5.00 USD for each qualifying conversion, which is when someone you referred makes their first eligible paid subscription and stays subscribed. There's no cap on how many you can refer. There's no credit for self-referrals, accounts you control, or conversions that are refunded, reversed, or invalid. Commission amounts are shown in the Creator Terms and can change over time. How and when do I get paid? Payouts are handled through Stripe. You set up a Stripe payout account from your dashboard and complete its verification (identity, tax, and bank details) before you can be paid. Each $5 commission is Pending for a hold period (about 15 days, after the refund window closes and the person is still subscribed), then becomes Available. Once your available balance reaches the $25 minimum you can request a payout; balances below that roll over. Payouts are in USD, and arrival timing depends on Stripe and your bank. Which countries can receive payouts? Payouts are available in the countries Stripe supports. The current list is shown during payout setup and in the signup country picker. Your payout country is set when you create your Stripe account and can't be changed later, so choose the country of your real bank account. If your country isn't supported you can still take part, but you won't be able to be paid. What can I see in my creator dashboard? Your dashboard at creators.talkherenow.com shows your stats (clicks, referred users, conversions, and your pending and available balances), your share kit (referral link, code, and a downloadable QR code), your payout panel (set up a Stripe account and request a payout), and an earnings ledger grouped by day with a status for each referral (pending, available, or paid). What about taxes and the legal terms? Creators are independent contractors and handle their own taxes; earnings aren't guaranteed. You provide your tax details through Stripe during onboarding (for example a W-9 for US persons or a W-8BEN for non-US persons), and tax forms such as a 1099 may be issued where required. Your banking and ID details are held by Stripe, not stored by us. The full Creator Terms are available in the creator portal.
