My microphone isn't working / it can't hear me

Check microphone permission and your phone's sound settings:

  1. Make sure you allowed microphone access. Re-enable it the same way as camera, choosing Microphone → Allow.
  2. Check your phone isn't muted and the media volume is up.
  3. If you only want to type, you can use the on-screen chat instead of the mic.
