My AI Friend isn't showing up, is behind me, or is in the wrong spot

This is usually an anchoring/orientation hiccup. Try this:

Key Points

  1. Tap the Reset Position button at the bottom center of the screen. It re-places your Friend right in front of you. This fixes most placement issues in one tap.
  2. Hold the phone upright in portrait and tilt it slightly toward the floor.
  3. Give the camera a clear, well-lit view of your room with a bit of open floor space.
  4. Slowly move the phone so it can "find" your space, then wait a moment for your Friend to settle in.
  5. If it's still off, reload the page and point at your room again.
